MY Therapy kindly require 48 hours-notice for all cancellations and reschedules. A fee of EUR 60 will be charged if insufficient notice is provided, and the full session cost will be charged for missed appointments. Please email aidyl.therapy@gmail.com if you need to reschedule or cancel your session.

Low-cost therapy available. Aimed primarily towards those who are in part-time employment, on reduced incomes, or students. The rate will be agreed at the initial assessment and is flexible and based on the clients situation. Please enquire if eligible.

Do note for medical card holders over 18 years old the HSE Counselling In Primary Care initiative (CIPC) is available offering around 8-10 free sessions.  Please note of waiting lists and referral required from your GP.
